SPOK3 2007 Conference

With the subtitle "Standby Power in an uncertain world", the gathered speakers and audience will represent specifiers, operators, installers and suppliers from some of the most difficult and critical standby power projects in the UK and Europe.

We are especially focusing on UPS and Telecoms as well as the closely related traditional areas of offshore, Rail and Utilities. Key issues to be examined include a review of batteries and alternative energy storage technologies, UPS hardware both old and new, and all other site associated hardware making up the backbone of the UK’s emergency back up systems.

SPOK2 2005 Conference

The SPOK 2005 conference took place on 27th - 28th September 2005, in Manchester, England.

The event was well attended by key players within the standby power arena and the SPOK organisers would like to thank all those who made time for the conference and especially to those who presented the excellent series of papers during the event.
